jlibet Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and jlibet ("jlibet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlibet website located at jlibet.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jlibet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlibet Platform.

jlibet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use the jlibet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlibet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlibet Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlibet or PAGCOR.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jlibet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. jlibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify jlibet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlibet reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

Account registration and use of the jlibet Platform is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jlibet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• jlibet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• jlibet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

jlibet is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your jlibet account are held for gaming purposes only.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. jlibet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• jlibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlibet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

jlibet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jlibet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. jlibet's decision in such matters is final.

Winnings resulting from a software error, miscalculation, or any other technical fault are not valid and will not be paid. jlibet reserves the right to correct any such errors and adjust account balances accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a ban.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or the operation of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our support team to activate a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlibet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of jlibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlibet Platform without prior written consent from jlibet. Unauthorized use of jlibet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jlibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jlibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that your account has been compromised or is being used by an unauthorized third party.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, jlibet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jlibet support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.

12. Privacy

jlibet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlibet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

jlibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlibet will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jlibet support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlibet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlibet's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlibet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Disputes relating to the outcome of specific games or bets must be raised with jlibet support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
